Description

UX designers have to have a very good understanding of technology, business goals and psychology.
Their main task is to conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and then use the gathered information to create sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes.
This means a good UX designer has to have strong analytical abilities, backed by technical skills.
As the project head, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project head may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

Requirements

  • Expert in information architecture and creating highly detailed design specifications for web and iOS applications
  • Expert knowledge in understanding what engages and motivates users
  • Mastery of Sketch, Photoshop, Keynote, Illustrator, and other common design tools
  • Passionate about perfection
  • Experience creating process flow charts, wireframes, and mockups
  • Ability to rapidly prototype with HTML5/CSS3/JS
  • Ability to create clear and engaging data visualizations is a plus
  • Understanding of modern web and core iOS frameworks
  • Experience with working directly with developers to ensure the successful implementation of a design specifications
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a history of creating great web and mobile designs
